Dr. Julian Lichter was named a “2018 — Top Doctor” in the annualĀ San Diego Magazine “Physicians of Exceptional Excellence” survey.

Dr. Lichter received his medical degree from University of Witwatersrand in 1973. He later completed an Internal Medicine Residency at Johannesburg General Hospital, an Internal Medicine Residency and a Pulmonary Disease Fellowship at University of Tennessee Center Health Services in 1979 and a Pulmonary Disease Fellowship at University Hospital in 1982.

Dr. Lichter specializes in Pulmonary Diseases and helps patients with difficulties breathing due to lung conditions.

Dr. Julian P. Lichter is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Critical Care Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, and Internal Medicine. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians.
