George Delgado, MD

Dr. Delgado practices family medicine treating patients of all ages and specializing in NaProTECHNOLOGY, bioethics, and helping women in crisis pregnancies. He founded the Abortion Pill Reversal (APR) program and is its medical director. Dr. Delgado was raised in the Bay Area and attended Saint Mary’s College of California in Moraga. He graduated Summa Cum Laude and received the top honor in the department of biology, the Carlos Freitas Award.

Dr. Delgado completed his medical degree at the University of California, Davis. He received his residency training at Santa Monica/UCLA Medical Center of the UCLA Division of Family Practice. Dr. Delgado is board certified in family medicine and hospice and palliative medicine, and he is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Delgado is an NFP Medical Consultant who trained in NaProTECHNOLOGY with the Pope Paul VI Institute and is a Voluntary Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Family and Preventive Medicine at the University of California, San Diego, School of Medicine.

He completed the Certification in Health Care Ethics offered by the National Catholic Bioethics Center. Dr. Delgado published the first peer-reviewed article in a medical journal describing the use of progesterone to reverse the effects of mifepristone (RU486). His pro-life outreach has included numerous speaking engagements, articles, regular radio guest spots on Catholic Answers Pro-Life Open Forum and media interviews.
